The useful answers, up front.
A starting point for common questions about development, sampling, production, compliance, and shipping.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on product construction, materials, packaging, and order mix. Share the product or concept and expected quantity so we can advise a workable starting point.
How long does sampling take?
Typical sampling starts from 7–15 days after requirements are confirmed. Complex molds, custom materials, or approvals may need additional time.
What is the production lead time?
Many programs fall within 30–60 days after sample and packaging approval. Final timing depends on quantity, season, and material availability.
Can you develop custom products?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM development, including color, material, structure, logo, trims, packaging, and assortment planning.
Can you create retail packaging?
Yes. We can support hangtags, header cards, polybags, boxes, display-ready solutions, and buyer-specified packaging.
Do you support testing and compliance?
We plan testing and compliance requirements around the destination market and product type. Buyers should share applicable protocols early in development.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are confirmed per program and customer relationship. Please include your company details when requesting a quote.
How do you arrange shipment?
We support standard export documentation and can coordinate with the buyer’s nominated forwarder or discuss shipment options.
How should I send an inquiry?
Include the SKU or reference image, target market, expected quantity, delivery window, and packaging needs. A tech pack can be attached on the Contact page.
How does custom development begin?
Send a brief, reference image, target cost direction, market, quantity, and deadline. We will assess feasibility and propose the sampling path.
